Athlete and Team Training

We provide INDIVIDUALIZED athlete training with a 1:5 ratio. Our coaches evaluate each athlete during their FREE demo work out. Each athlete then has a CUSTOMIZED plan based on their evaluation and areas of concern. Their metrics are tracked and monitored to allow our trainers to progress each athlete based on their current status.

We also offer team training for all sports. We can accommodate up to  20 athletes per training session and schedule all year. Our team training program is tailored to team based on what season it is. We can work with your team all year round, there is NO OFF SEASON!

A lot of doctors refer athletes our way. That’s because they’ve seen how our injury prevention systems work – and they like what they see. First, we assess which of your muscles get used the most, based on your sport and position. Next, we work to build those muscles up – making them stronger, more limber and more flexible. That way they can handle more – and your risk of injury will significantly go down.
