We are pleased to announce that we are now offering HIIT classes at the Wirtz Fitness Center.

High Intensity Interval Training (C1 HIIT)
-Our class will use a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short rest.
-We take Cardio, Bodyweight Movements, Resistance Training and Plyometrics and mix these components together in a interval/ circuit style class. C1 HIIT is designed to get your heart rate up and burn fat faster than your typical cardio workouts.
-You will increase strength, tighten up your core and shred that useless fat all in our 60 min workout.
How to get signed up.
- Click the link below and choose which day a time you would like to start your free trial.
- Once you choose a day and time, please enter your email where it asks to provide and hit continue.
- Follow the steps the system lays out and finish filling out our waiver.
- From here you will receive a confirmation email of the class time you signed up for. If for some reason you are unable to make that class time, please email us.
- Once you complete your first class, we will send you a welcome email that provides you access to schedule the remainder of your free classes.
