Youth Performance Class (Summer)

Our Youth Performance Training Program is designed specifically for young athletes who are just beginning their athletic journey. This class introduces foundational movement skills in a fun, high-energy environment while building coordination, strength, speed, and confidence.

Whether your child is new to sports or already active in a team setting, this program helps develop the key building blocks needed for long-term athletic success and injury prevention.

💪 What We Focus On:

  • Movement Fundamentals – Running, jumping, landing, agility, balance & coordination

  • Speed & Agility Basics – Age-appropriate drills to build body awareness and quickness

  • Strength Through Play – Bodyweight exercises and light resistance to build foundational strength

  • Confidence & Fun – Positive coaching and games that keep kids engaged and motivated


Our Summer Sessions will run from: 

June 2nd - August 23rd 

(will be closed July 4th/5th) 

*45 min Sessions*

 8-11yr olds (3rd-5th grade)

Schedule: 

 Tuesday & Thursday: 12-12:45pm

​

    Pricing Options: 

2x/week (All 12 weeks) $359

6 sessions: $105

Drop In: $20

  • If you are unable to commit to all 12 weeks-we have you covered.

  • Our program can be joined at anytime.

  • Just purchase the 6 session pass or our drop in option.

  • We want our program to be flexible for your busy schedule. Using our scheduling app, you will be able to reserve the days that works best for you.
