
Youth Performance Class (Summer)
Our Youth Performance Training Program is designed specifically for young athletes who are just beginning their athletic journey. This class introduces foundational movement skills in a fun, high-energy environment while building coordination, strength, speed, and confidence.
Whether your child is new to sports or already active in a team setting, this program helps develop the key building blocks needed for long-term athletic success and injury prevention.
💪 What We Focus On:

Movement Fundamentals – Running, jumping, landing, agility, balance & coordination

Speed & Agility Basics – Age-appropriate drills to build body awareness and quickness

Strength Through Play – Bodyweight exercises and light resistance to build foundational strength

Confidence & Fun – Positive coaching and games that keep kids engaged and motivated
Our Summer Sessions will run from:
June 2nd - August 23rd
(will be closed July 4th/5th)

Tuesday & Thursday: 12-12:45pm
